Stillwater Healing is a non-profit organization offering gentle, complementary healing practices that support mental and emotional well-being, sobriety and recovery, nervous system regulation, and the release of stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks. While our work is not a replacement for medical or clinical care, it provides a supportive, trauma-aware space for rest, grounding, and self-connection—helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, cultivate a sense of safety, and build greater emotional resilience over time.

WHAT WE DO
Our modalities are thoughtfully chosen to support deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and inner awareness. Sound healing sessions use crystal alchemy bowls and vibrational sound to gently calm the nervous system, helping the body release stored tension and emotional energy. Reiki offers a non-invasive, restorative practice that encourages balance, relaxation, and stress reduction by supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate itself. Hypnosis sessions provide guided, focused experiences designed to work with subconscious patterns, helping uncover and release internal blocks that may be holding individuals back. In addition to individual practices, Stillwater Healing offers immersive retreats—multi-day experiences that weave together sound, stillness, reflection, and community to create space for meaningful reset, integration, and personal growth.

HOW WE SUPPORT HEALING
Through sound healing, guided experiences, and community-based gatherings, Stillwater Healing creates intentional, supportive spaces where individuals can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and feel held in the present moment. These experiences are designed to gently calm the nervous system, helping shift the body out of chronic stress and into a state of rest and regulation. By working with sound, breath, and embodied awareness, participants are supported in releasing stored emotional tension and long-held internal blocks, while cultivating a deeper sense of balance, safety, and groundedness. Over time, these practices encourage greater emotional resilience, self-trust, and a renewed capacity to feel at home within one’s own body.
